What we do with the details you send us.

What you type into the form: your name, company, country, nationality, email, WhatsApp number, activity, stage, package of interest and message. After engagement: the documents you send for your file. Nothing is collected from your device beyond what the form sends.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange the initial assessment and prepare a quote, then to run and track your file. We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or share them, except with the government authorities and banks involved in your file, under your power of attorney.

The form is delivered to our business email and stored in the SaudiGlob client system hosted with our web host. Access is limited to the people handling your file.

If you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and the period required by law for business records. If you do not, we delete the enquiry within twelve months of our last exchange, or earlier on request.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@saudiglob.com. We reply within the period the law allows.
